Vocal and Piano Instruction​

My love for music has existed as far back as I remember. My very first vocal solo was when I was 4 years old and serenaded a crowd with "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." 

​

Teaching music to others has been my joy and passion for many years. I love to help students to meet their musical goals, to help them gain confidence, and to help them excel at their craft with excellent technique and expression. I especially enjoy working on rock, pop, and musical theater rep with my vocal students, and 

 

Working with students at Songbird Studio is awesome, and I am grateful to have stepped into a new role as owner of Songbird in 2023.

My time is split between being a wife and a mom to two cool kids, utilizing my counseling skills (MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Licensed Professional Counselor), owning Songbird, and teaching my piano and vocal students.
