Vacation dates may vary by instructor, but 45 lessons will be scheduled per year.
Tuition is billed as a monthly subscription at $135 per month for 30 minutes of instruction per lesson week.

Lessons occur one-on-one with your teacher for 30 minutes per week (you may reserve more than one 30 minute session per week, or 45 or 60 minutes per week if desired).
45 lessons are scheduled annually.
Here's an example of the breakdown with the $135/mo studio tuition rate:
$135 monthly tuition x 12 months = $1,620
$1620 annual tuition ÷ 45 lessons= $36 per lesson
Each month has a varying number of lessons, but the steady monthly subscription price works out to $36 per lesson over the course of the teaching year, which we schedule from beginning of August to the end of the following July.
This is similar to the 9 week session model we used previously, in which we had 5 nine week sessions to get to 45 annual scheduled lessons, but our monthly model provides a steady monthly price rather than five big payments. We hope this makes paying for lessons easier for our families!
There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $45.00 per student.
Tuition is due in advance at the start of each month.
Songbird Studio Inc. has a specific lesson time reserved for each student, thus payment must be made regardless of attendance. This includes illness, holidays, vacations, etc.
A two-week paid notice prior to the start of the next month is required for the discontinuation of lessons.
Supplies/Curriculum Investment
Piano students will be advised of the supplies/materials required for their lessons, and where they may purchase them (usually less than $40 per year).
Voice students may be charged $6 only once per month as a curriculum contribution to help cover the cost of sheet music (no other materials needed; sheet music scores typically cost $4-8) each, so this keeps your curriculum cost steady and affordable).
